I Need Help Finding Help Off Of Heroin.

Hello all... My name is Maggie. I am 25 years old. I live in Phoenix, AZ, USA. I have been looking for someone to give me detox resources. But all I find are people that want my money. Don't get me wrong, I would pay any price in the world to stop doing heroin. But it hurts me when I pour myself out and the first thing I hear in response is about financial "backing". I am in sales, and I know what that means. It's called a financial pre-qual. Leave me out, I want something that will work. I have been using heroin since Oct. 15, 2005. Not a day has gone by since my first "dose" that I haven't had another, and another, and another. I want nothing more than to stop. I have purposely made no friends that do, or know that I do this drug. Except of course my boyfriend, which is also a user. God has truly blessed me, and has sent me a message that WILL save me. My story is unbelievable, tragic, and inspiring. I will tell it to you all one day. But first thing first, I need help. Where do I turn? Each 800# is another pre-qual. Where do I turn to find someone that cares? I am ready to stop using. Can anyone direct me?
Thank you all. And seriously, keep posted, I would love to make this the first open door in telling the world my amazing story... I am so excited that I have found a place to talk to people that are going through my struggle.
Here is a list of sites in AZ that are low or no cost.
