Hi, i am a teacher and one of my star pupils just confessed to me today that him smoking weed is becoming a problem. His parents found out and is now not talking to him, he wants to stop but don't know how and don't want to go to a rehab facility.
he wants me to help him. How do i do that?
He is a briljant athlete!!

My advice as a recovering addict (weed being my drug of choice) is he find a narcotics anonymous group in your area. I didnt go to rehab myself and N.A. has changed my life. He will find help and support there as well as a listening ear from people that understand how he feels. If there is no NA group in the area drug counseling may help. I must say that NA helped me way more than any counseling did.
