I live up in Scotland and have no idea about subutex! For some reason I thought it was 1 pill and all your withdrawels were gone in a day! I mean there are so many things to ask! Im really sorry! Is it easy to get from a doc or do you need a drug doc? How bad are the withdrawels? worse than the meth? How long will I be on it for average? I just want to get on blockers and get some stability to get my life back!!! If anyone can help me with this I would be very grateful for you help! Im terrified, I thought after today it would be on Subutex for a week or 2 but Im sure I heard someone was on it 2 weeks? Thankyou xxxx

..you need to be referred from your doctor to a drug unit or go to the drug unit yourself and speak to sumone there about a subutex script..i don,t know how long you have to wait up in scotland for them to offer you a script..but down here..it takes about 10-14 days to see a drug worker and do the nessacery tests..b/p..urine sample,etc..also you won,t get subutex if you inject..it depends on your tolerence to see how many mgs they,ll put you on..and also depend on yourself how long you,ll be on them..i have,nt fully withdrew from subutex..i,ve cut my dosage before myself..but i could,nt tell ya if its worse then methadone to withdraw from..i,ve heard some horror stories about meth withdrawal..but i could,nt say wots worse..they come in 0.4mg..2mg and 8mg tablets which need to taken under the tounge.(sublingual) and disolved..you can read up on them..there are different websites about them and you can click on addiction medication on top of this page..your treatment will last a bit longer than 2 weeks thou..lol...but as i said..it also depends on you with how long your on them..good luck sorting it all out..Robbie..

I was on 50ml for 2years. before xmas I was fed up on it so I got put down 3ml a fortnight until at xmas I was on 30ml. I came to live with my parents on the 11 March and rapidly detoxed right down to 5/4ml. So I am very chuffed with myself! Just finding this last hurdle VERY hard! Have decided after speaking this morning that I am doing it! Im just going to jump off it starting now. I know it sounds like nothing but it is quite hard. Got kicked off meth a few year ago for having gear in my system, but I wasnt ready then. Ive not used gear for 1month tomorrow and that is the longest I have ever went in about 7years. In the past 4years I only ever went 2days without in a row and that is coz was in the cells. Im only young, havent lived since I was 16! Just want to live!

It used to be a very rich town, so when heroin hit it the fishermen went crazy for it and we all kind of followed along! Its hard coz ive had to move 45miles away to a city where I dont know anyone and leave my friends all behind. OK they are almost all addicts and half of them would stab my back to get a hit, but it is a small place and ive known them for years. As my parents keep saying ill meet new people and the best cliche "one day at a time"! Im lucky they took me back, this is last chance saloon with them though! If I wanted rehab then I would have to wait around 2 year average! Does that make sense?? Am feeling so determined today so things look good! What about your situation? Hope you keep at it with the subutex! Got a giro through today and am not even tempted to go into town centre to find a stranger to score for me so thats a good sign! Its the thoughts that run through our head that get me. I feel as though I must not have thought about anything for the past 7 years and now all that thinking is running through my head at once. Im not actually too bad...Im obviously pretty rubbish feeling but not to the point that I want to rip my hair out (yet). Thats me on day 2 of absooutely nothing and I dont think I have ever done this. Got and abcess in my teeth aswell so that was perfect timing! Notice how everything comes at once! Just been fiddling on the computer, reading and listening to my music. Couldnt of got thru it without MTV2, Q or Kerrang. How are you getting along? Ive been taking multi vitamins and drinking tons of water. I read somewhere that if your withdrawing fae meth then water eases your leg and arm seizures. I get that really bad and t hasnt been 2 bad today! It also flushes everything out your system faster and the faster I get on blockers next week the better.

..Good to read you ain,t feeling to bad..but mate..an abcess aswell..not a good time at any time for them to show up..yeah..pleny of water flushes all the toxins out..try and have sum baths aswell..throw sum bath salts in..radox is good..theres one..i can,t remember the name..it makes ya feel really relaxed and sleepy..don,t fall asleep in the bath thou..lol..but when ya get out..you,ll just wanna lay on the sofa and take it easy..i know wot ya saying about the music channels..i like vh2 classics aswell..wot sort of music you into.?..im doing well thx..i ain,t been sleeping to well lately thou..it seems to come and go over the mths..apart frm that i just take the days as they come mate.ya never know wot the days gonna bring ya..it could be good or bad..but as long as i can get thru it without using then its been a good day overall...take it easy lorz..see ya when i see ya..Robbie..

Im going to have a really long bath 2moro. God Im into about any kind of music. VH2 has been brilliant lately, the 100 greatest air guitar on VH2 is pretty great just now. Actually watching Spiderman 2 at the moment. Im really into the northern indie music...maybe stil stuck in the mid 90s, oh to be young again! But I love most rock aswell ie QOTSA, Kings of Leon etc, also love all the classic 60s and 70s music, Late Beatles and the stones etc! How bout you?

Been off the meth for a week now, just cant believe it! Ive been wanting this for so long. My Doc also prescribed Blockers on Wed so Im really chuffed. Went down town with a clean friend yesterday and what a laugh we had. Okay, so I had a few drinks (sorry to everyone who believes in 100% cleaness) and it was a great laugh, even ended up down at the Bingo!!!

Just wanted to say a massive thankyou for all your hep this past week. Just thought you might like to know, that I just passed my first CLEAN drug test EVER!!!
I am so chuffed you wouldnt believe it! At least its keeping me on a high for a good while. Was like a Cheshire Cat. Just cant believe that Im really here, living. Going to go job hunting on Tues and just try and build my life up.
I am starting to fall into a really bad depression and am going to need all my strength to get my way out of it!
Got on my blockers today and that is a massive hurdle out of the way!
