I was adictited to Oxys and have not touched anything in 14 days. I have gotten six people on Suboxone and they are doning wonderful but you have to be ready to quit. i don't mean to bust in, i dont have any experience or knowledge with this type of treatment. i went cold turkey. i just noticed on another thread you are from michigan. so am i. i live in south east michigan. white lake township its in okaland county. what parts are you from? if you dont mind me asking. and good luck at the dr's i hope you can find some success. its not easy but its worth all the hard works and efforts.

Hey whats up?? I myself was on Buprenorphine two seperate times.. The drug is just like Sub.. WHAT it is great for is getting you past the physical withdrawl part with as little pain as possible, but the downfall of it all is that it didnt help me with my mental urges at all.. i relapsed after 22 days the first time, and 27 days the second time on it.. You have to really want to quit on it, or ask your doctor about some kind of meds to help with the anxiety you will surely get.. I am clean again right now, and for some reason cold turkey is working the best for me with the help from meetings.. Im on day 7 right now, but i feel better now then i did on that.. Congratulations on your seven days, that's awesome. I'm glad that you are going to meetings. For me, that's the only thing that keeps me clean. I go to a lot of meetings because when I don't my head starts telling me I have a pain of some kind and I need a pill. Intellectually, I don't know why it works but it works. Keep up the good work, you're doing great.

Awwwl thanks rachel.. i think im in L<3VE.. lol j/k, yah meetings are an excellent way to get your feelings out, and you can let your brain know ((listen idiot your back is fine now stay away from the oxy's)).. Well Check it out if you are really interested in getting off them though.. good luck to all
