They have this new yuppie upscale store here called "The Market".I usually never go cause its the same knid of bullsh*t clientele I work for.My eatieres and stores are near the barrios where the hookers arent really concerned that their peaches may not be perfect and wonder how they can get managenet involved.

Tonight I deciede to splurge because my mood over yesterdays Banruptcys proceedings had seem to take an evil twist to it,I decided I would treat my endorphins to something less destructive than a healthy snort of oxycontin.

Man,oh man.Let me tell you folks.This was a piece oh heaven.A pecan pie with a coconut crust and the base was about an 1/8th inch of white chocolate.It was topped with a homeade whipped cream that had shredded pecans and toasted coconut on top.$38.00

The sad part was I stopped by a James Cony Island and bought 3 chili cheese dogs all the way.Martha Stewert would cringe.I just dont know if I can wait to eat the pie,

Lisa,How hard can it be to make? You make your crust and use one called a pate brisee(its french but look for it undr yahoo)..its just a sweeter crust than for regular pies.After and before you refregiate he dough add fresf coconout(You have to grade it from a real coconut.Ive done it before,its not thst hard .The you roll out you dough for a 9: pie plete.Go buy3 or 4 bars of white chocolate and spread it on the bottomook the pie like you would a normal pecan pie.In fact follow the recipe for a pecan pie,
Let the pie cool off completely on a rack.Put in the fridge.
The day you serve it,beat the whip cream(DO NOY USE THOSE CANS)This aint Dennys
