Read my post a few weeks back "Checkin in"... I had to end a relationship too.
Just soak all of this in prayer and BREATHE. Thats all I could do ...I had to just feel the feelings and cry ..cry ..cry...cry. You CAN walk through this. Do not worry about graceful..crawl if you have to.
Sometimes all we can do is breathe through it. And know that God is good and had a wonderful plan for you. When the s*** was hitting the fan over and over and over...I would repeat over and over....:"What a wonderful opportunity for growth".....UGH!!! But hon, it carried me through the dark times and I have emerged into the sunlight...you will too :)
