Im doing ok I'm looking into pain managment issues and treatment in my area.Even though I'm down to 9 a day I just feel that I really need to try to get totally off and deal with my pain in a healthier way ya know....mj

Kerry exercise is good for the brain, I hate exercising......lol
Think I will stick with a diet rich in chocolate chip cookies, crossword puzzles and books......ok the cookies are the best part, comfort food!
