Having been a pot smoker for many years I dont doubt for a moment that it helps a variety of illnesses. I dont smoke anymore,havent for years, but I know when I did it worked real well if you were naseated .
My ex daughter-in-law got a medical marijuana card from our countys Health Department a couple years ago after first seeing her doctor and his recommending it to her. She was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis a few years back and was and still is, in alot of pain for different reasons related to her illness and the treatments she has to endure to combat her symptoms. But I know it helped her alot.
The county I live in used to have many dispensaries and for some reason some of the cities have a problem with them and they are working on shutting them all down,again. Seems stupid to me but there isnt much we can do about it. The voters voted it in to law within the state but the Feds dont recognize that so they come in and try to stop it. It seems so petty when there are so many other violent crimes being committed everywhere...why dont they focus on the really bad stuff and leave the sick folks alone.

I dont have long to reply as it new years eve and im going to a family members house,something i can say I havn't done in well over 10 years for the last 8 years ive been on 40mg of valium and 15mg of Nitrazipam everyday and for anxiety and probably havnt left the house for anything other than an hospital appointment in the last year ive stopped taking all the synthetic drugs and ive taken to smoking a few joints a day,and for the first time in 8 years or more i dont feel like im being swallowed when i leave the house im happier its a wonder drug,but like everything can be abused,i live in the uk so cant get medical herb so i grow my own little plants,I just wish it wasnt so stigmatised,I mean we're allowed to smoke ciggarettes and it clearly states on the pack they will kill you,but we cant smoke as plant because of its intoxicating effect's,but i can go into any store or bar and buy alcohol another known killer,serious changes need to be made.
