You said he's down to 10mg's right? Well if he has a bottle of that it'd probably be tough to monitor himself...I mean people do it, but is he saying he goes to a clinic? I've had morphine in liquid form, and it was clear.....not saying that's what it is, but you haven't said the circumstances of what you've found.
