Hey brown dog , I always appreciate your responces to my post , You might want to try some testosterone replacement go to maxlife4u.com they do run blood test and are legitimate. Acupuncture has a high sucess rate as a friend of mine who just moved up from miami is great at it she just needs to be certified in SC which should be coming soon other than that the only thing I know that works for sure besides the test is excersise which is a bit-- to get started doing when you feel like crap but if you can force yours self after a couple weks your energy level will skyrocket. thanx for the compliment, i heard about that excercise thing, some people have told me that in jail they over excercise just to get some sleep, & its supposed to work real well with just a chip. i don't know about that first thing u said, sounds a little far out & scarry, but i've heard some good things about acupuncture. i might even give that a try. but excercise, my fatherinlaw used it to help him beat alcoholism, but i am such a lazy s..t, even though its the right one, knowing me, it aint gonna happen.
Try Benadryl and some vitamin B12. I have put everything with lavander in his room and on his pillow. I have taken him for facials and lots of massages which help him to relax. Rubbing the hand slowly with lavander lotion helps and the feet. Camamile tea has been known to help but Chris hated it. Let me know if you need some support.

Hypnotics are good if you are having problems sleeping. Hypnotics have a wide range of action from softly relaxing muscles to basically "knocking you out". Some of the most effective hypnotics such as opium are illegal. Safe hypnotic herbs would include:

Hey RaeRae, thanx for the list, i tried valerian for a while & it helped me sleep at first (some pretty cool, vivid dreams too) but as time work on it seemed to wear off (i wasn't using it dayly) & for some reason a medical person advised me not to take it (i have c) though i never asked him why.
I also tried kava , which helped relax me a bit, but not much.
Do any of those things u mentioned really help u sleep when u just can't? Hope ur doin ok with that predisone u were askin about. i remember my dr prescibed me something for bruised ribs & i'm pretty sure it might have been that. She gave me samples, but i looked up the side effects on the net & i didn't like em so i didn't take em. good luck to you
