Hey guys just wanted to tell you Im feeling better than the past week. My kids were gone for the weekend and it gave me time to sit and think about things and relax. I reliezed that two years is a long time to be sober for and I dont want to give that up so Im staying on this path. Im just glad that I have found somewhere to vent when ti times do get hard and stressful. Thabks for everything guys. Ill try to post at least once a day just to say hi and see how everyone else is doing on the road to recovery. Please if anyone else needs advice on how to stay clean drop me an e-mail Matotek727@hotmail.com. Im not a doctor but I can tell you what has worked for me to keep me clean for two years +.
Thanks
Jacque

Hi jacque,
I don't really know you, but WOW two years. That is awesome. I just got barely a month under my belt, and knowing that people like yourself can do it is such an inspiration to me. Hang in there. I know for a fact that depression is not fun. Now, if I could just fiqure out whether my addiction caused my depression, or was it the depression that caused the addiction?
