Thinking of ya.
Hi -
Holidays are getting hectic.I still have 2 days of vacation time to use up from work- with not much time left.
I picked up Sandy at the Port Authority this morning. (For those of you that dont know, that is the bus terminal for all buses coming on & out of NY- Its 3 or 4 square city blocks- huge place- with shops, restaurants, etc... etc...)
Anyway, she is downstairs talking to my mom.-
My son , that's another drama .
He called yesterday to tell me that his transmission went & now he doesn't have a car up there anymore. Like what the hell am I supposed to do about it- especially being 600 miles south of him.
I sent him a bus ticket to get back here for this weekend. So I guess all of us here will know more about his life on the Canadian border when he get back.
I think he is starting to realize that life isn't cheap.
Other than that, I helped putting up all the religious statues & manger out front with the star hanging from the middle of the house- Like Ive done forever- believe it or not, as much as I hate going in the attic & down the cellar getting all this stuff together- it does help with the Christmas spirit- - cause I ain't bubble-ling over in cheer,
Hope all is well for everyone- I,ll check back on Christmas eve
