Hi Susan
I try to find a little time early in the AM to check things out on the boards.
I signed on to coach a little league team in town again, so I,ll be keeping busy trying to bring another championship to the 12-13 year old group.
When the league starts ,the time will clash with my NA meetings (8pm) but to tell ya the truth I feel just as good teaching kids baseball,sportsmanship,& responsibility along with having fun while being competitve.
I,ll still go when I can ,as I also need my comrads in the room too..
SO-- Im trying to keep busy and stay involved in healthy activies with healthy people(Im talking body and soul)

Dear Jack,
I'm so glad to hear you're keeping busy with healthy activities! :) My sister has 4 sons who have been VERY active in baseball. My nephew (the youngest) is a sophmore this year and they are really conditioning them right now...6 days a week! He does football too, so he should be in pretty good shape. My son tried the baseball but he runs like a deer so they were always putting him out in the outfield. He was bored and hated that so he gave up on baseball.
I wish you a very successful year with the boys. I'm sure whether they win the championship for not that they'll enjoy their season with you as coach. I hope you're able to connect for a meeting from time to time. Keep up the good work!
