Dear Rachel,
Since you joined this wonderful forum last month, you have been a wonderful and true friend to so many people. I believe that we all bring different experiences with us, and how we apply those experiences to offer support and inspiration to people can show a person that overcoming addiction is not impossible. You have shown so many wonderful qualities in your posts, Rachel.
It's been nothing less than a pleasure getting to know you. We are all here for a common purpose - to help and support each other when we need hope the most. If you ever need anything, you can count on me, and all of the other wonderful people here to help.

Dear Bender, Although we have never talked, I have read all your posts since I joined this site. I just wanted to tell you that for someone who is only 27 years old...you have an amazing insight and wisdom...and it shows in your writing. I so admire you! We will talk sometime, I am sure...but I just read your story and wanted to say hello and tell you how much your posts always calm me. You are always nice to people....that is a good thing. When I read a post like yours, I can't help but think where I would be without this forum. I'm so happy that my posts calm you, Betsy. We're all in this together, all searching for something. I'm of the belief that we all bring valuable insight into this forum, and how we utilize and apply those values that we've learned to help each other is not only inspirational to others, but to us, as well.

Since you joined on September 12th, 2004, you have posted 491 times to people in need. That shows a true dedication to all of the people on this board and forum, respectively.
As I said to Betsy, and many other people, I'm under the belief that we all bring experiences to this forum. Although those experiences are different, the vast experiences of all the wonderful people here compliment each other's so well. Everyone has something supportive and inspirational to bring to this board. Of course, this isn't a perfect world, and there are exceptions. Those exceptions, however, are few-and-far between.
The people that have helped me, and those that I've supported and inspired, will always stay with me. Never does a day pass when I don't think about how people are doing, and how they are handling their own heartaches and troubles. This forum has helped me tremendously. I think it has helped us all. I look forward to continue reading your supportive posts, and I look forward to getting to know you better.
