I watched the movie Jesus Son today. It was more mellow then say Trainspotting but, a good flick none the less. I happen to be eating thou when the chick in the movie was tieing off I had to look away. I kept remembering stuff like letting go of the tie off.... as soon as i shot up one time i held it tight my whole hand went numb. Needles still choke me up makes me feel strange sometimes even sick to see them. I think i need to work on getting Desensitized to spoons and cotton and needles. Diff use to keep a burnt spoon till it no longer had value. Maybe it should never be easy to watch another shoot up even on T.V. I know it still gets to me. I don't wanna use exactly when i see it but, damn it brings back emotions. I remember my roommates and I getting all the copper pipes and Aluminum out of the house i rented and scraping it for dope money. We broke out all the storm windows in the house "2 story 3 bedroom" to get the aluminum frames. We tore apart the air condictioning unit "in JULY" to scrap the core for money. So fuuny in that movie when they were scraping copper .....that movie was based in 1971 here it was 2003 - 04 we were doing the old tricks to get cash. We even took the friggin Aluminum framed screen doors off the front and back porch!.

Right? Lovely stuff, and see how far you have come? Can ya imagine climbing half way out them windows now doing all that work for scrap metal?

Was that the flick with Jared Ledo? If so that was shot here. Actually, smack dab right where the dude turned me on to the dope grew up and lived.

I'm always trying to stay away from them films and books. Newly clean couldn't get enough of them. Now, I just can't stomach them.

Tearing out the copper pipes and s*it. Porch swings. Storm doors. Crazy, right?

the nutty part was we all 3 "me, ex bf, roomie" had to live there after that! in july no centeral air!. The house was rented to we tore that thing apart...we got high thou. We only got like 55 dollars for All that work there is no motivation like 3 sick addicts. I'ld never do that again at the time it seemed a great soultion to get cash. We did not take all the pipes " the ex bf wanted to" I set my foot down at living there with no water I could do without air but water was nessary. We were being evicted anyway we only had 2 weeks left there. I always felt crappy we did that so when we left i left the house totally spotless clean. I made sure we left no garbage or anything 4 the owners. I bet the owner was soooooooooooooooo frigging PO at us.

Any way real good movie- shows drug use from confusion and helplessness to redemption and recovery- I recommend it

Yeah, man I remember why I forgot it. I ain't ever seen it. I know some people were extras in that. 1999? No wonder I didn't see it. I'm surprised I ain't passed them by on location. Most of that was shot here for real. Philly I mean.

High or not I'da recalled a young Jack Black. Then again who spends money to go to a movie when you're using?
