Hope you had a nice weekend. We cooked out ribs last night on the grill and had a bunch of people over for the game.. So today I am running a couple miles. I bought a tread mill for the days I don't go to the gym. So I am off to run and start my day..

Thanks you guys...I really appreciate it! It wasn't pretty, but the Colts got the win, and that's what matters most!
It's kind of funny, but just like when the Tigers beat the Yankees in the baseball playoffs in 2006 (only to lose to the Cards in the World Series), I got the biggest thrill out of the Colts victory over the Pats. Coming back against Brady and Belichick is so huge! I come from a family of Boston sports fans, so that game was the ultimate for me. But of course winning The Super Bowl was awesome, and I think Tony Dungy represents everything that is right with sports. A real class act.
Definitely a good way to start 2007. And I'm working too...how great is that!
