Im doing OK Marina, sorry to hear about your migraine, I get then occassionally and they're a bear to deal with drug free. I also use the ice pack and try to relax.

Keep me updated on your sub program

I have an ice pack on the back of my neck now and I took motrin, so it's bearable now. I am going to see my Dr. on Wed. I am not going to rush this,but a big part of me wants it to be over. ya know what I mean ?
Why are you just okay ? I hope everything in your life is good, after all it's a new year.

Marina, take your time getting off the sub, let your body tell you what to do, its not something to be rushed but something to be done in baby steps.
I'm still feeling some affects of 3 years of abuse. Some days of minor depression but that seems to have lifted today, its take two or three steps forward one back.
You know its a long road, it took us a long time to get where we were its gonna take a long time to get back to 100%, but I am thankful I did the sub route and I'm feeling better and better for the most part.
Please Marina, I know sometimes i wanted to rush things along but you have to take small steps.
Promise me that and keep us posted on your progress.

Did the Sub ever give you heartburn ?
since I began taking it somtimes after a dose I have to take a tums.

Yes, Marina as we say in Boston wicked hartburn, I always had tums and the doc gave me prilosec for when I was on the higher doses. Once I got down to 2 mg the heartburn went away.

Im alittle nervous but I guess thats to be expected.I've been keeping pretty busy today food shopping etc.I think if I do have a hard time it will be tonite.So I already let my B./F know if he hears me typing tonite I'm OK just need to get on here ya know....mj

MJ, you'll be fine, the worst of the withdrawals dont kick in until days 2-3, so just relax...take a walk...pet a dog....have a latte...tomorrow will be better.
