I'm glad you ordered the Neubecalm'd. I also took the Neurelieved BZ as well.....but I'm wding from valium, pot and opiates all at once! So if it works with all that, I think you'll definately notice a difference. We just don't get all of those amino acids/vitamins in our diets EVERYDAY at the therapeutic dose that they are in a supplement. So let me know how it works for you. I think they have made my bf and my detox/recovery way more tolerable and even one of the greatest experiences in our lives. Before we were the hardest drinkers/druggers you'd ever hope to meet (if you were one of those as well). Let us know. CAS.
hi cas- i've been hearing good things about these supplements. i can't wait to try them. further i have always felt that my weed use was deeply related to some form of ADD or such which wasn't addressed when i was a kid fortysomething years ago. since this seems to help folks with ADD to focus maybe it will help me in that area. not to mention some clarity with the piles of emotional baggage from life. and the bags under my eyes! i'll be in touch and let you know.... i should be receiving them this week :)
how long till you felt they were helping you?
thanks again,
jo

JoJo, Since they are really just concentrated food supplements I think the helped right away. You take them and they are precursors to these neurotransmitters, so my bf and I felt some relief right away within the first couple of days. I think they kick a**! Keep in touch. CAS.
Jo, Keep me posted about when you get the stuff and how it goes, okay? CAS.
hi cas- will do, still haven't rec. them..... dang i hope today, i'll let you know .....jo

JoJo, I'm so glad they arrived...finally. How are you doing lately, by the way? CAS.
hi- thanks for asking. i just started a new job so i didn't think c/t would work. so i've mostly learned the new job using 'sacred time' a la hippienerd. no big time changes. though i do cheat now and again.... my mind is so cloudy, i have no motivation, my home is a mess. i've worked hard to learn a rather simple job. i want to do it well. it's been too many yearsof doing things not well.... i have a family and a life and i know after too many false starts that i won't get a clear mind out of clean time for awhile. i fear that and it keeps me from stopping... i'm hoping the supplements will give me a jumpstart with the amino acids that will help my brain.... hoping. i really need to do it this time. enough is enough, you know?
either way i have to do it.
and how are you and your boyfriend doing?

Jo jo-
Cheating is ok as long as you don't skip! Some of your previous posts said you were doing 1hr of sacred time. Try for 3. I know that you are smoking less because of the new job but the important thing is to establish a baseline of sobriety. If you need to include your work time in the "sacred time" thats ok too. The only real rule is to keep that time "sacred" as much as possible. After work will probably be the hardest (but may bring the greatest satisfaction), before work will probably be the easiest and work the best because you will be "more straight" at work and have an easier time learning your new job. If you go to work at say, 6pm then do a hit or joint or whatever at 5, which should carry you through until you get to work where you can't toke up.
The only way to quit is to quit.

Please start a new thread titled "natural supplements" so we can direct new folks who want the info to it and post the website where they can order Bcalmed. Can't find that in all this noise and burn4me sounds like she could use it.
