Right back at you Rachel! Lots of ups and downs lately, and lots of work following my last relapse, but I think (no I know) life is headed in the right direction.

When I have a bit more time I'd like to fill you in on what's happened, since I think my recent recent experience in recovery can maybe benefits others here. I really screwed up big-time back in August, so now I'm just trying to make it a day at a time. But I do have hope for the future, and the good thing is today I have no desire to use. I've been seeing an excellent counselor, and we're getting to the real reasons I always numbed myself.

Anyway, hope all is well with you in LA! I'll send along my Christmas list since Carol won't buy me any gifts.
