Documentary is sad..funny and uplifting.. f*** this Christmas time s*** is creeping up on me. I remember p bear saying 'normal people have fond memories we have a flood of flashbacks" or something similar. Well christmas has DEFINITLEY became the second. I just dragged my son into backyard so he could see red and green lights reflecting on patio roof. There are NO christmas lights at any neigbors house. Wtf. I guess i needed witness they were there. He of course says they are probably from another house. f***..i DON'T wanna be that psychotic mother...really! Started feeling panic attack so hiding out in bedroom. Why couldn't i have kicked in may or september??? Whats weird is during the time i SOMEWHAT enjoyed (after physical had pretty much subsided) it WAS like an acid trip. I f***ing hate Christmas now...not that i loved it before. But my heart didn't start racing million miles hour over foggy glass Windows or lights. Actually last year was same i hated and loved at same time. I drank first time in eight years right after holidays passed. I gotta get a grip on s***..cause hey it's still november (as of today) *sigh* alright had to get that off my chest..www

Oh jeez..my sister got back and informed me they are christmas FLOOD LIGHTS! Apparently people down street have been testing out to not aim at peoples houses...they just had to get mine! Ha..realized that daniel song would have sadly went well with my last post!!! Back to reality though. I'm gonna try not to put in my head that things will be like last year..but try to prepare however the f***. Ok done with my craziness(for now) :/

Well now..that was pretty cool MK...sooo...regarding Christmas psychosis....not alone there. ..I love it when it snows...haven't had that in about 8 years out here now...but when it does...I'm in...the cold...the silence...the glitter on the snow...when it doesn't ..the noise in my head gets loud...and I want to hide in a corner and rock ...this will be the first year for me with no methadone. ..no dope...no anything. ..could be interesting. ..trying to have absolutely no expectations. ...no forcing the moment...no tree if I don't want it...every year a stress ball trying to get presents stateside...and traveling to in-laws here...I'm getting anxious just thinking about it. ..don't know how it's gonna go this year...but so far...no snow...not using is going to be hard...ok...probably hell...no no...no expectations. ..right ?
