Good to hear from you, yeah I got your poem last night but my sleeping pills had kicked in so didn't reply. The poem was excellent, I guess thats how it is you begin taking drugs to escape s***, then when you are coming down after taking lots of drugs, all the s*** comes back but cause of the damage we have done to our minds we have even less seatonin. Now we are even less capable of dealing with the s*** we were escaping from then we were when it first hit us. Yoiu should post it on here?
I'm doing okay, becoming too much of a hermit so am gonna try and force myself into counselling. How are you doing? How did things go with the boy?
