thanks katherine for getting back to me, i do not have a problem with alcohol.I am trying to get off of the vicodin and I have to wean. You gave me some good advice I will try to follow.

It just I feel so jittery and not enough energy. Thanks so much for caring, I have read so many posts and I feel if i stick with this message board, i can get better, i know its not easy, but i have to do this, I just want to feel normal

i'mwondering if you have a doctor who gave you vicodin or if you got them another way. i'm also wondering how quickly you went from 20 to 8. a little over a year ago i had a slip with vicodin. prescribed by a doctor. they are sooooo addictive. you might be going down too quickly. i only know all this from my psychiatrist telling me how to do it. katherine.
Navha, yes, this board will help you in so many ways. I've joined in dec. i made alot of new friends, that i can really count on.They always seem to be here when i need them and always know excatly how to brighten your day even on a bad day! Just stay with it. How many are you taking today? Is the tapering really working for you?

Also know what you mean, nobody knows about my addiction expect my husband, and he is very supportive! If i told my family they would be very upset, they are also pround of what i've became. Abby
