thanks katherine for getting back to me, i do not have a problem with alcohol.I am trying to get off of the vicodin and I have to wean. You gave me some good advice I will try to follow.
It just I feel so jittery and not enough energy. Thanks so much for caring, I have read so many posts and I feel if i stick with this message board, i can get better, i know its not easy, but i have to do this, I just want to feel normal

i'mwondering if you have a doctor who gave you vicodin or if you got them another way. i'm also wondering how quickly you went from 20 to 8. a little over a year ago i had a slip with vicodin. prescribed by a doctor. they are sooooo addictive. you might be going down too quickly. i only know all this from my psychiatrist telling me how to do it. katherine.

I've joined in dec. i made alot of new friends, that i can really count on.They always seem to be here when i need them and always know excatly how to brighten your day even on a bad day! Just stay with it. How many are you taking today? Is the tapering really working for you?
