No worries, Im still here.. Sometimes I don't post anything for read any posts for a couple days. I find that nothing really happens here in 1 day. Well except Reddogs hourly updates.
How are you doing?? The rain FINALLY stopped here. Also my dad is on his 3rd day of radiation treatment for cancer.
Other then that. Just looking forward the the Formula 1 races in Montreal, Canada this weekend. In 2002 and 2003 I actually planned out a 1 week vacation each time and flew out there. I loved it so much.... Now I will watch it on TV this yr.

So sorry about your Dad - hope he will recover - Do you know prognosis yet?
I will keep him in my prayers -really - I think some people just say that. My Mother survived Colo-Rectal cancer 13 years ago and is stll kickin' AND smoking 3-4 packs of cigarettes a day while on oxygen. She's 78 and I think she's ready to go even though she's does fairly well but we are afraid she's going to blow away the people in her apt complex.She would probably make it.
Anyway hope your Father beats this terribles thing - CANCER
Horrific about Reddog's nephew. He was much too young - which we never want to lose someone we love at any age. I just had to make myself believe that the date of our death is set on the date of our birth. It's like a big book and you just can't tear a page out of it. That helped me a lot.
Enough of that, are you having lots of fun?You are free, and in your 20's. I have so much more energy than the last time we talked. Not 100% yet but getting there. Cooking when I want, cleaning when I want, I really love to walk my 2 little Shi-tzus at least once a day - Dude and Max - they are a trip. It feels so good to be outside even if it's hot. You helped when you said that I didn't get like this in a short time so it will take time to get energy back and to not worry about it - I was the only one who was worried.That wasn't word for word (what you said)

When I was taking Lortabs and they had stopped working for me, I stayed in, would even stand at the door to take them out to do ther business. I always said I would never have an indoor dog but these have hair instead of fur so they don't shed and they don't smell like a dog. We keep the puppy cut - not that silly long hair look with the bows in their hair. Are you a cat or a dog person? I don't just dis-like cats - I can't stand them - They give me the creeps
Do you live in Canada? You mentioned Montreal. I'm from SC - can you tell it from my Southern accent - haha - boy - do I have one! I do however try and speak proper grammar (not a brain but don't want to be a dummy) Here, when they shove the microphone in the face of someone on the news, I think it's the person who didn't finish 3rd grade - I know I'm being mean but there are some smart Southerners. I really think the media is why people think Southerners are so stupid.
Well I have written a book - missed you - have some fun since you have some bad things going on in your life. Oh, I'm on day 9 - very clean - someone on the board mentioned Emergen-C. I looked it up and didn't get a lot out of it - I think
it's mostly Vitaminn C - it was a reply to the sister - the other stuff has really helped but don't want to take s'thing that I don't need.You were right - the L-Tyrosine in the thomas recipe is just amino acids except amino acids are a lot cheaper.
