Correct Elvis:
In your case, since you are getting off of the drug completely, ofcourse you want take or have anymore. As you have no medical condition requiring continued use, as I do. And a few others.
I will be on .5 mils for probably the rest of my life, but take it when all other techniques fail, such as the other day. But Im getting pretty good at it now so the more attacks I have, the more chances I have to practice. I see attacks now as an opportunity rather than a curse. There really is no treatment for post-tramatic stress syndrome. I cant run in and have a precedure and boom, fixed. So, this seems to be the way a GP Dr handles it.
I am in the process of choosing a therepist but have yet to have found one with the creditials to help me with my issue. One was but he was really elderly and had no clue about addiction, or pretended not to. He seemed rattle-brained and disorganized. I really hoped that Dr worked out, as he was in the war and knows ALOT about PTSS. He was just so old, bless his heart. So the search continues. I imagine I'll be in therepy for some time so I want to make the right decision so I dont have to re-tell, re-experience things twice if and when the first therepist doesnt work out. Im 33, no therepy yet, I have time to make a good decision.
So you have only 2 mils to go now? Or have to began tapering off of that one bar a day? Of course our times are different, so we usually miss eachother. Let me know where you are and how you are.
You're doing great! You are lucky to have your ma and pa to help you as your mom and dad seem to have their own problems. I am in no posistion to comment on them but from what I have read I believe it is safe to say they are less than supportive, which leads me to my next questions.
Are you an only child or do you have siblings? If yes, brothers or sisters? Also if yes, do they too have dependency problems?

Thankyou mj, yep i read ur post and responded. thankyou so much, i understand, and love u heaps. i will send u an email soon i have been slack sorry lol.
Thankyou gabbi, ur both so sweet to me.
Hey mrs u, what medical condition do u have to stay on the .5 mil or whatever it is? um i will answer ur questions, i was an only child for 8 years then my mother had my sister. so i have a sister. she is on one anti-depressant a day. thats all she takes, 1 cipramil a day. if she has a headache or pain unlike me, she doesnt go straight for a pill, if its a headache she would rather lye down a while first, she only takes other things if extremely necessary or for her period.
oh and ive come down a quarter from the 2mils so im now on 3 quarters of the bar. 3 bits instead of 4 bits. coming down a quarter was alot nicer than coming down a whole mg for once!!!
take care all xo

MollyJean: "A friend asked me to post this At this point I dont think it will be heard but beings this board means what it does to me it is worth a try so"
First of all, I'm not sure if that is even English.
Second of all, how immature is it to pull that "im saying this for a friend" nonsense?
Due to your writing style and childish remarks, I'd be very suprised if you are any older than 13 or 14.

Agnostic,Im very sorry you feel that way.I felt silly doing it but keep in mind I was asked for a good reason in my book.Thats all I can say about this.If you feel better by saying what your saying well I guess thats good for you.I am hopen this"friend"comes forward to explain why I was asked but I feel it is their place to fill in the blanks. As far as I see it I passed it along Im done with it..take care...mj
