I don't know many people on this site but the one or two that I havve gotten to speak with have been great.. I'm just posting to say have a good one, I'm stilll doing it but feel worse each day.. Is that normal... Have no more meth left since last week.. My energy levels are so low but I''m gonna make it to the airport clean on the 8th, don't care I'm determined, even if I have to do it on my own.
Davey - lil J and a snifter of brandy - lucky u. I did the same with the lil J - don't know whether it did me any good or not! Got all freaked out and paranoid - oh well at least it meant I didn't want to leave the house to do anything...

Hello..Lou...Glad ya still clean really well done especially at this time of yr....suppose yer glad the Christmas is behind you&full steam ahead for the 8th.Yeh..the lil bit of cognac&skunk weed is just a lil sumthin i keep aside for Christmas eve.The skunk(anyone in the U.S reading may call it chronic..the real potent s***)..i like when i have a bit of me time..but its really just a treat.Hope you and Kev.are bearing up o.k..and just picture Spain...well away from s***ty ol..Dublin&all its temptations.

Lou...about yer energy levals id say what yer goin thru is pretty normal...as the old cliche goes it took ya long enuff to get that habit soo its gonna take a bit for your body to feel normal.Stuff ya prob.know...lots of fresh juices&fruit...loadsa water..get some basic vitamins inside ya&also from my gal Bryn..check those fish oil capsules out.All the best as ever&YOU keep in touch&posting.......Davey
I will keep in touch, I promise ( heanven knows I broke many of them but I'll try to stick to this one)... I have my list for the chemist to get all the proper vitamins and stuff before we go on the 8th but I can't muster the energy to shower and get dressed. I'm sitting round like this for the past 2 days. To make matters worse who I was going to get some more methadone was shot in the head last night! My timing is perfect..
