My doctor just prescribed this for me to help me with this depression I guess I have. Anyone ever take this?? Does it work??
It didn't work for me, but everyone's different...
Percocet -
Sorry to say that it didnt work for me either. There's a new AD called Cymbalta -
it works in only 3 days. It actually seems to be making me feel better. Believe me, I've been on every antidepressant known to man lol.
There's a couple of people on this board who take this as well and they also agreed about it - that it was doing the job. Cant hurt - thats all I can say. Good luck to you.
Love,
Marie

Just wanted to respond to this post. Look up Lexapro on your computer. There is A LOT of side effects. That"happy pill" could make you suicidal when you don't have them. Even thought they are for depression. My friend was on them and they made her sooo absent minded and she hated it... I would research A LOT more before beginning this medication. Just my honest opinion... Good luck to you!!! Rachel
Rachel, the same thing can be said for cymbalta, I googled it, and similar stories came up on that drug. I guess all the ssri's can have that affect on a small percent of the people who take it. If it works for you thats great, everyones different when it comes to ad's.

I take lexapro. it started working pretty quick. it was good for a while. the only thing, if it kind of lays u back cut down on the dose. They started me at 10 & it was Knockin me on my a.., but i didnt feel depressed, which was good. wn i cut it to 5 it worked better. now i dont think it does much, but ive been taking it for a while & im not usually depressed- so maybe it does, because i always had mild to moderate to sometimes severe depression most of my life.
all ad's have side effects. i'd keep away from paxil, but i think lex is fairly safe, a lot safer then buying little bags of white powder from strangers.
