Hey Everyone
Just thought i would post and explain why i type light and love at the end of my posts, it is a saying in a book by Rosemary Altea called Proud Spirit
" like a bulb, the soul is planted. In good soil, its roots go deep into the earth. Its only needs, light and love.
And given those, it surely will flower."
For so long i thought i was evil and i am no saint now, the difference is i am willing to change and by sharing and recieving the light and love that we all have to offer i am flowering and yes like a flower i am affected by the seasons and the odd Fing lawnmowerLMAO.....Bloomin hell i should of been a hippie BUT hey that would just of been another trip and not reality.

Well, I eat lentils, wear colourful jumpers and sandals, have long hair and burn incense. Wow man, I could be a hippie!!
However, our true identity is infinite conciousness, not our personalities.
I was looking at some tomato plants yesterday that my mom is growing which are a couple of inches high. In the summer they will be massive plants producing beautiful fruit. For a moment I was struck by the miracle of it, what that tiny seed becomes. It is completely amazing.

I always liked Mork and Mindy maybe it was just Mindy....but i could really relate to mork and i liked his dress scense shazbat.
Bang on Lacey about the bright clothes although my wife tends to panic about my clothes pickingLOL
I felt alien like Mork but maybe the connection was deeper and i was connecting to Mr Williams and addiction, cue theme music to the Twilight Zone.
All i know now is that i belong to a percentage of the population that like more of the feel goods and then suffer the rock bottoms they take us. And now i am in another part of that percentage that are in recovery which in turn is further inhancing my self worth and identity as a person.
