Bad attitude, I think that is trazodine...I never took that, but I have never heard of any ill side effects.
I haven't seen bob..maybe he and Gina are playing pocket sponsor..lol..I just couldn't help that one..sorry..
Anyway, sometimes it seems worse before it gets better.
Hang in there, it will take a while for your brain to get the happy juices flowing again. Staying active helps, any kind of exersize helps. I know around day 8 it didn't seem to make much difference, but it will get better.

had my 41000 mile check up last night went to the hospital had chest pains and couldn't breath thougth i was dying no such luck they put me back on clonidine now maybe i will start to feel better taking it one day at a time thanks for the name of the med i couldn't remember what the hell it was called but thats it can't change the name it is my secret identity
I hope you are okay! clonadine helped me, but not in pill form. They put the patch on me in treatment. It helped!
Just hang in there.......ba, have you gone to any face to face support groups yet? sorry if you posted that, I can't remember. That is my relief, and I never thought that I would say that, but I enjoy the meetings so much now.

yeah i got a counselor see him once a week he is sending me to a shrink to see if i am crazy
Well, I doubt if you are crazy.
Addiction is a very strange thing. Please see a shrink that knows something about it, someone you can relate to.
I wouldn't even waste my time, personally, with someone who hasn't been there and understands. I can usually lie to these people, and in that, I am not doing anyone any favors, including myself.
I have tried to go to couseling and shrinks myself, and honestly, I get the best advice from the rooms. It is only a dollar a day, and I find people that have made it to the other side. I have a great respect for a counselor that I had in treatment. He has 20 years sober, and I can relate. He knows this disease
because he has it.

I took a break for a few days from posting. It looked as though things were gonna break out in a little dispute a few days back so I decided to take a little break and stay away for a day or two. LOL @ little.. for her pocket sponsor remark, lol. Anyway, hope everyone is well, bad, I'm still waiting on a call back from a buddy of mine about those meetings. He's away this week so I'll probably talk to him over the weekend.

Bad- I took Trazadone while coming off a Xanax and it works..no problem...puts you to sleep..not addictive..
thanks danny for the info on the trazadone and bob no worries about the meetings when you get them let me know so far i am hanging in made it through the drug zone all day today with no cravings
