Actually today was the FIRST day in??????that I got to sleep late so I did!!!

Hey girlie-girl!! So goos to see your post...I thought it might have been kitty day, but I just realized that my days are thrown off and I thought it was Thursday, dang holidays just mess me up...plus hubby was home all week, he had to use up his annual leave and today was the only day he went to work.

Im trying to get back into eating right and exercising but it just seems to be so much temptation out there. I really need to get bavck to the size i used to be,getting clean has been wonderful but...enough of the junk food and sweets now,i need to get back in shape!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay Kim, so MONDAY is the day to start taking better care of ourselves and start exercising right?
I'm saying Monday bc I still have this crappy sinus headache. Waiting for my cold meds to take the headache away, I wish they worked the entire 24 hrs that they were supposed to work. My sinuses are starting to dry out already, so hopefully it will work like it did yesterday, the headache started coming back around 8.

August seems so far away but THIS time when I lose weigh I would really like to do it in a more healtier way.
Oh Oh now Im not doing it EVERYDAY but remember how I was on 10mg of Sub?Well Ive gotten down to 8 mg.
That may be another reason I just stayed away.Again its NOT everyday,I can do it about 2-3Xs a week.Ill admit though I do feel the pain from my Chrons more(could be the crappy food too)

This was the best Christmas I have had in years...I had my sister
and her family here for several days and we hung out and did all
kinds of fun stuff...
Last Christmas I was detoxing and counting the days...

My girls & Mikey were here & I made dinner,& we went into the downstairs to see my sister &* her family.Can you believe this...My "Charlie Manson"nephew got BOTH the PS3 & the Wii can you imagine????
Im pleased to say my youngest enjoyed being surprise & was very happy with everything.
I know I know Christmas shouldnt be about that but it was sweet to watch the surprise on her beautiful face.
