Besides that okay. We went to the beach yesterday, I was hope the salt in the air would help. I didn't. Oh well we are going to the circus today. I have never been. How are you doing on the Sub ?

girl I have tried everything ! I went to the Dr. and she has me on Nasonex spray
it helps, but when I wake up ever a.m I am so sick.

Hi MJ-
Just trying to plan today's tapering schedule! Boy, I've been learning some hard lessons lately. Yesterday I ate terribly - all kinds of sugar and carbs and junk food. I get migraines, and developed a doozy yesterday because of the diet of junk!
Anyway, I had to take a ton of pain meds and got off track with the tapering. So, with me, I have to watch diet, exercise, pain pills, AND PMS!!!
God must want me to work hard!

Dear Betsy what are you tapering on.Yes it seems at times EVERYONE is working against us but in the end all the hard times should make us stronger ya know.I think if you can taper it is great.I myself just couldn't.My BF use to say I couldn't stop poppin pills till I saw the bottom of the bottle....mj

The Dr said No and she said I have fluid behind my ear drums. She also
said I don't have an ear infection. I don't agree at all. I am taking some vitamins
that help boost your immune system. I am not the type of person that likes to stay in bed, cause being a mom you can't. Let me just say it is so temting to go back to bed right now!

I could imagen.Here my girl slept over a friends & I was up like 6am.Habit(another ) I guess.I'm not a doc but have you tried warm compresses on your mid face area.It may help loosen it up so you can blow it out(yuck) I know but I know how that feeling stinks!!!!mj

Marina, I feel so bad for you! It's awful having to take care of kids when you feel so terrible. I'll pray for you. Also, I think the doctors in general are getting worse. We know our bodies and what's going on, and yet they don't believe us or misdiagnose.
I went in a few months ago for severe muscle pain, and he said "Oh, you're just under stress," and prescribed my Buspar for anxiety! They didn't help muscle pain at all, and I was ticked.
BTW, my DOC is Fiorinol.

Fiorinol or Fioricet has a barbiturate in it called Butalbital. The pills also have tylenol and caffeine in them.
I was prescribed them about 12 years ago for migraine. Then gradually started abusing them,then REALLY started getting in trouble when my sister told me about ordering online! No consultation required, just a Visa card.
