Haven't heard from you in a while, how are you doing. Missing your big YELLOW! lol. Please check in and give me an update.

Neon my dear friend :-)
I am doing well. I go see my detox Dr on the 2 of Feb.
I am still on 2 mgs of Sub. I was trying to get off Sub. and Volum
at the same time. It proved to be to much at once. Now, I am
focused on getting off the volum. Last night was my first night
not taking it. As I was lying in bed last night trying to fall
a sleep. I couldn't catch a good breath. Then my heart was
pounding so hard it scared me. Tonight I will take the volum.
I am taking a 1/4 every other night for a few weeks. I am so excited
about my next app. cause it will be another step closer to my
goal.
How are you and your wife too ?

Good to hear from you :-). Forgive my ignorance but when you say Volum do you mean Valium?. If so please be careful I hope you are under a Dr's supervision? Thanks for the Update....my wife is much better and back to work thanks. I am fine just had 5 minutes of madness but all is well with me now.
