May Be Triggering.....regarding Sleep

I pulled my balls outta my purse today and told my psychiatrist:

a.) I need my sleep, when I don't get 6-8 hours it effects me and those I love.

b.) I'm an addict, so don't give me pills that will turn me into a pill head next.

So he gave me a short -term non-addictive prescription so I can sleep instead of upping my anti-depressants.

My Doctor is one of the good guys.
