I ran out of my methadone and went 6 days at a much lower dose. From 55 mgm per day to 10 mgm per day. How long after I restart my regular dose will it be until I start to feel "normal" again?
I suffered a vertebral fracture at work hence my being on pain meds for the rest of my life.

My guess is that you should go back to 'normal' half an hour 45 min later. That's how it was for me. No matter how bad the pain or withdrawal, all it took was one dose to put me right again. I'm not an expert though. Just was on it for 7-8 years
