I'm here but on my way out the door. How are you doing today?? Is Wilma going to be a problem for you?? They say its suppose to weaken but who can tell. When it gets cloudy here the meteorologists say there's a 60 % chance of rain so they're right either way. WTF. Its either going to rain or its not. I could just see it now...."Dance Cleaning"..I look like a nut!! Pajamas still on and hair sticking out..Tony came home from work and quickly closed the door as to not "scare the neighbors"...nice..he was just trying to get me to laugh....Guess I won't be going to work tomorrow,great! Can I work a stinkin 2 days already..the good news is although my legal "trouble" triggered this horrid virus, I will be sanctioned and have to pay back govt....no big deal, as long as I don't lose my benefits..I am still the "Other White Meat"...just going thru a rough patch..I still fully expect to be well..Love,S

That's not me, that's the aerial yoga teacher. It's been really good for my back, but not doing much for my fear of heights. She doesn't let us go that high up in the air.
I have been spending a lot of time at the studio. The guided meditations are good for me. "You are not in competition with anyone else. You are not even in competition with yourself. Only go as far into the form as you can today and accept where you are right now. Embrace the light of this practice and take it with you into the rest of your day."
Where have Michelle and DeNae got to, I wonder?

Oh, per Sharon this morning, she said she would vouch for me that I am a woman.
Thought I had it all worked out - my d-in-law was going to send me a picture on my computer and then Denae was going to put it on picture thread - my 31 year old son thinks it's dangerous to put my picture on the Internet - hahahahahahaha
Funny but true - he has become the parent and I am the rebellious child - I think Eckerds will put the pictures they still have on a disk so I will show up soon.
