Well apparently I haven't been able to figure this out. Dang it. I don't know how to attach a download. Sorry, it may not have made you laugh, but I think it would have. I can forward it from my e-mail if your interested. I think I'll send it to Ms. Katbird. I don't think I should send it to Stacey at work. I'll let her bff decide.
As to not leave you empty handed I will share a recipe. You may not like this either, but it's the thought that counts.
13x9, or smaller baking dish. Depending on how many your cooking for, or want leftovers. Lightly greased baking dish.
1- lb. ground turkey, chicken, hamburger, chicken strips, or vegetarian.
Cook meat with onion and taco seasonings , or what ever spices you like. Start adding veggies... etc, before meat is completely cooked, as to not dry out meat.
Add one - two green, red, orange, or yellow peppers. 1-can olives, 1 can black beans, or kidney beans. Then five min. before transferring and layering in baking dish add 1/2 to 1 cup frozen corn. You can spice this up with chiles, jalep.
Preheat oven to 350.
You can use whatever flavor tortillas you'd like. I use whats in the fridge. Which is normally the lg. burrito size, spinach and sun dried tomato. I mix them if I have both.
Cut them into qtrs. Half them and than half them again. Layer these, then meat mixture, than grated cheese. I usually use the Mexican flavor cheese. Of course you can omit the cheese to. Repeat 1-2 layers.
Option of putting rest. style tortilla chips on top, with a little more cheese, or serve on side.
Cover loosely with foil. Bake approx. 15-20 min. Prep time 30 min.
Wa La ~Mexican Lasagna
Top with sour cream, salsa, guacamole, or plain.
Hope you enjoy.

Try again, Chris.
