Woke up this a. m my head is pounding. I had a party for my baby at a park, wind was strong at times so I think it's my allergies. Besides that it was a perfect day and she had a
blast. I am still tried LOL.
I am going to see my Detox Dr. on Wed. then next Monday I go to see my
consoler. Well not much esle with me.

So sorry Marina about the headache. Lately I've had success with ice packs on the upper back & shoulders. I used to do heat, but it made it worse.
I also take Maxalt (it's like Imitrex) only if I catch the migraine at the very early stages. It's expensive, but it works.
I'll say a prayer for you.

Marina, Migranes are the worst. I've never had one but I know people that have. It looks like agony. Ya, get the ice pack in the freezer. A friend of mine had those "cluster" headaches. He was in bad shape. So I hope you feel better. Ice packs always help me when I have a headache.
