Good Morning Momg and Priscella....what ?? No elephants ???..awwww...darn...my partner laughed when I asked her about it...she tells me that s africa has many germans, that it is very similair ?...she was in Tansania and kenia...sp. wrong.. sorry....well, beaches would be nice...and i love mountains ...I have 2 friends actually who r living in S Africa right now,..and here I thought they were seeing elephants...huh...lol...is it a big city ?...im in a place so small u have to make sure u dont blink...but i am really happier in a small town .. i like to visit the big cities but i dont think i could live in one...I need trees and forests ...but I know some people who thrive on cities and say they would get nuts in a small place like this...lol..there r a few places I would still like to see..peru, eygpt, ive always wanted to go to the rain forest...Munich...ah yes momg...i also went there very long ago...20 years now actually...its not 2 far from here...we were actually thinking of making a visit .. im a tante too ...ha ha..i like that word better than aunt...and Oma too better than grandmother...some words just sound better dont they ?...Prag is very close to us and thats an interesting place...very beautiful but really commerical too in some places...the people there are very handsome people...beautiful really...a very dark art vibe in Prag...gothic in a way but not really...Germany I have found is probably the closest as far as weather and people to the states...im originally from the east coast, way up near canada almost...and its similiar in many ways...except I find the mind set about work nd play better...in ways it is still a slower pace living compared to the states...but the years are cacthing up and its getting more like the states than it was say 20 years ago...sad in a way.. so how r u both today ?...thought i would start a new topic instead of "help"...lol...sometimes we need distraction...like the music thread over there...

We have. The kruger natonal park that is as big a** the uk which is what you expected animals trees and grass elephants lions bucks giraffes etc
We have about 10 cities I am not sur but our main cities is Cape town with beaches mountains and vine yards then durban with beaches sugarplantations and banana trees and. Then where I am from not so pretty Gauteng where one ofc the worlds best airports OR tambo is
We are called egoli city of gold as this where all the gold used to be mined from we have lots of malls and Kyalami a big race track in gauteng is also about 10 smaller cities iam from kempton park. Where or tambo airport is

i just found out my cousins deceased husband was born in south africa in 1908, she posted an old black and white photo, ill have to ask her where. i didnt have a clue what safrica was like either, i didnt picture it as a shopping mecca lol so many places i would like to have seen in my lifetime and just wont, so i can live vicariously through people here..i live in Michigan and my state is really quite lovely, lots of lakes and trees. we are very close to Lake Michigan which is huge and go there several times a year, especially during blueberry season..also up north a tad to Traverse City for cherry festival..i like that i dont live in a large city and that out my back door is a soy bean field with all sorts of critters!!

Meeting went ok...have a BIG problem saying im an alcoholic...just doesnt feel right...prefer addict ,even junkie....call it what it is...if i forget it...i wont beleive it...old dude sponsor called me tonight...talked a bit...i like him...which is saying something...i usually dont like anyone i HAVE to talk to...but he's a really calm dude and he's good with me so far...settled the alkie vs. junkie thing and its cool now...i know...petty to most...but to me right now...not...im just doing lots and lots of info gathering right now...going to make an appointment to see the doc and egt his opinion on what he thingks...i dont know...maybe i will stay or up the dose for awhile until i feel stronger...feels like a huge backward step to me in a way...but...as M&M said...going back out not soo good either....
