Here's what I do. I wear women's clothes, smoke, and masturbate. I really enjoy it, but I'm not sure if what I'm doing is an addiction or not. Any advice, especially from someone dealing with a similar thing. I wish I could find other people like me to talk to about this.

Out of my depth here...but i am not too sure if what you are describing would be considered an addiction as opposed to a sexual behavioral disorder more psychiatric than physical in nature...
I do however admire your courage to write about it and seek help..
