Im a 24 year old female ,engaged to a wonderful man but lately i'm facing troubles because of his cocaine addictions .i would love to discuss what im going through
can i please chat with someone who has been with a cocaine addict or has used it before .i need to talk about what im going through my life is a big mess.

sorry that no one has responded to your post yet. my ex has had a coke addiction for the last 20 years. i was with him for almost four and just left him at the beginning of this summer because i couldn't take it anymore. it was one of the hardest decisions that i've ever had to make but i know that it was the right one.
you said that you're 24 and engaged to a guy with a coke problem...if i were you, i would think long and hard before making that kind of commitment to someone with a drug addiction, especially if you don't have the tie of having kids with him. i don't know what your situation is but please know that addiction is a disease and it can get out of control before you even realize it. is he aware he has a problem? is he serious about getting help and recovering? are you putting his addiction before your needs and getting sucked into a problem that you are powerless to resolve? are you covering for him? lending him money? lying for him? can you trust him 100%?
i'm no expert and i've never tried coke but i can sympathize with being in love with a coke addict and offer you my experience if it helps. feel free to write back whatever you're thinking and going through...
