This is my first weekend with nothing.....yes, I am having major triggers. It's like I am in freaking mourning. How sad is that? How will I clean the house, do the laundry,,,,,communicate with my family.....ARGHHHHH. and I was complaining about having to be at work during this.

It would be nice if you could talk to a close friend about things. I just got off the phone with my best friend and he indicated that he was concerned about me. It feels good to know that people care.
Stop worrying about the house. It will be ok for a few days. It's courageous that you are doing this by yourself.
Tomorrow is too far away and yesterday is gone. All you have to think about is "Right Now"!

Kat, I did mourn, big time. I lost my two best friends in the world...beer and vics. I was devastated...
It is a process...do you know the stages?
They are denial, bargaining, anger, depression, acceptance and hope..I think...
One thing that I have learned is to admit your feelings, feel them to full effect, and then they go away...sometimes slowly, but they do.
