I started Sub(4mg/1mg) on 1/23 @5pm... I took my second dose(4mg/1mg) @5am 1/24... What I need help on is how frequently should I be taking my doses.. both my PM Dr and pharmacist didn't really explain much on how I should be taking it... I started Sub to get off of norcos and to manage back pain due to bone spurs... If anyone could give me some advice it would be greatly appreciated..
You need to call your doctor or pharmacist for clarification of how your doctor wants you to take your medicine. We can't tell you what to do..we aren't your doctor! Do not hesitate to call either of them. It is their job to help people with their prescriptions!

I'm right there with you. Paragliding hard landing several years ago messed me up. and coming off 100+ mg hydro and occasionally some H. just took my first dose yesterday 4:00 am. Took an 8-2 in two halves but think its too much. Did you get high, dizzy and nauseous??
