ok , i am so ticked off!!!! so feel free to help me feel better!
Ok so i went with my sister to do her christmas shopping and we went into a shoe store, when you walk in there is a big sign that said not to get any shoes down to wait for help, so i went and asked the worker to get me shoes down, and she told me to F off and go do it myself, i politley smiled and went and did just that, i went and the little display thing fell off just the little clear plastic thing, i picked it up and put it back EXSCTLY the way it was, the lady came up behind me and with quite colorful language told me to go the Hadies and that i was a F'n b**** and that it is people like me that are a pathetic excuse for life............ she walked away, and my sister went to check out, the ended up putting a thre grand charge on her card for a 30 doller purches, the kid had to go get the mannager who was that lady, and she came out and asked ME it wasnt even my purchase what the Hell i wanted, all i said cross my heart was that the my sisters purchase rang up wrong, she started swearing at me at the top of her lungs and yelling at everyone, she made a lady carry 12 boxes of shoes out with out any bags and flipped her off on the way out. She said that she refused to do any of our (fixes) and that she had a right to not help us, i sat with my mouth shut, and my sister said man, christmas is not a fun time to shop...... i just said you got that right, the lady told me that she didnt need any of my additude and get the F**** out of her store before she came around the counter to kick my A**........ i finally just said , i would love to , and i apreciated her customer service, on the way out i had a security guard escort me out of the mall and into a office and they filed a domestic desturbance on me. I guess while i was leaving some people were telling her it was un called for and told my sister to never bring someone like me in public again, and made my sister leave without service, she ended up going to a different store and they did it for her, but............... i mean WTF i was so polite and calm, and now i just am so shocked that a human being could act that horrible, my sister was in a hurry had to go see if she passed her boreds so, i didnt have time to be able to do anything about it, Can i file a assault charge or anything? i mean i have never been treated so badly in my life, i called the store managment number and got her................so can i legaly do something about this? Do i have a right to request tapes, man................. i am really riled up now, what should i do...... she also told my sister that if she came in with someone with here again, she was going to come personally to her house to take care if it.......i mean she is nuts, my sisters address isnt the same anymore but still............... how does she still have her job , someone said she has been there for years? WEW! anyways needed to vent i feel better now! Anyone have any similar experiences?

WHAT????? I cannot believe that happened. I had horrendous shopping experiencees but nothinglike that I just end up completely overwhelmed by the crowd and the fact that its soo close to Christmas and nobody having anything. That lady is seriously hating Christmas what a spaz!

call the district manager, and if that doesn't work go to regional... keep calling to complain until something gets done, ... that is ridiculous. There's no way in hell i would be talked to like that. She would have gotten a kick to the face.

i wanted to flip the table over....
i was hot.
but , i just told her "lady in our culture what you just said is very low class and very disrespectful........i would advise you if your want business not to tell your customers to shut up."

i called and got the time tomorrow to talk to her boss, she said that if it is necicary they can look at the tapes, she i guess had a few complaints today go figure!!! I guess my sister after i got kicked out said somthing about , just christmas brings out the worst in people, just to someone in line behind her, and the lady was just on a power trip about me, and i was so nice!!! i was just trying to practice some good step work, and now i wished that, i "accidently" tripped and not a big diplay down, that would of made me feel better, lol......that is so mean, or stand right at the door right on the edge of where the store started and just started making faces...........after my nerves callmed down.......... i got the i should of bug............. but she told my sister that she didnt apreciate my language, and i didnt say anything!!! and my sister said well i dont apreciate someone talking that badly about a god i believe in that is not professional..................... i have had so many customer service jobs, the customer is always right! and you are there becasue they keep coming back and spending money, why would you like to piss them off so they dont come back and you go out of buisness.............my sister is never going back and i know they get commision there, and they are going to be missin out, 6 kids .......and my sister buys oodeles of shoes every month atleast............. I am not payin the fine they gave me though, no way!!

Thanks thump, i already disliked christmas this was just the frosting on the cake! im trying to not dwell on the fact that my sister didnt defend me at all....but all well, i know they dont really consider me family anyways. I am proud of myself that i kept my cool, im sure if i didnt i would be not in such a good position right now........... My sister said she is always onery, i feel bad, i wouldnt want to live my life that way!! If she said anything about my mom or sis, i would of jumped over the table, we may not all be close but they are still my blood.
