Yes, we have all gotten caught up in saying things here that are not of the best intentions. Sometimes it just becomes a war or words and any kind of war causes damage. Sometimes though all we have to to is re read what we write and say "is this something Id be proud showing my child I said". That helps me filter myself more times than not. I dont think it has anything to do with being an addict. I know plenty of people who are not addicts and still resort to this behavior. To relate to another thread here regarding Gandhi, Wayne Dyer, etc. - perhaps if we expect better of ourselves and give better of ourselves we will receive better. Life is a circle.
Hey Sharonn...I'm feeling really good with the exception of this stupid cold. My kids came down here with it and then shared...nice of them. lol But my energy is good and I'm back to work so all is well. Thank you for asking.
