O/t I Need Help Plz

Im on my 4th week of a diet but have suffered horrendous headaches now my guess is the diet but does anyone have any solutions please? ive lost 12lb already so dont want to give up but also have to be carefull i dont start taking pain pills again. jaxxxxxxxxxxxx
p.s im drinking plenty of water so its not that lol

What kind of diet are you on?

Congrats on losing 12 lbs. That's wonderful.

Hope that headache goes away soon. They are miserable.

Hiya sharon no i never cut back on caff i never had much to start with i hate coffee and coke etc. im on the weight watchers diet although i dont attend their meetings. I was wondering if it was there own brand prouducts? anything is possible, im going to change that today and im making a homemade stew. Thx for the congrats i sure need to loose a lot more but im getting there slowly, after the pills came the diet then the quit smoking lol well hopefully. Hey by the way its snowing here cold but so pretty. jaxx

Just wondering if you've had your BP checked since this headache started? The headache may not be diet related.

We got a snow storm on Tuesday and it's been so cold here for days. I'm ready for spring. I agree with you though, the snow looks so pretty. Maddy went outside and made snow angels. She loved it.

Again, I sure hope that you start feeling better.
