I WANT SOBRIETY
Hi everyone, my name is Tom C.
I am a recovering alcoholic for 25 years and counting.
I would not say that it has been all perfect, but I wouldn't have it any other way. It's been rough at times but I can assure you that if you stick to it one day at a time, there will come a time when sobriety is second nature. Having a drink or a drug is not in the picture. I realize we are only one drink away from a relapse but all I am saying is that you do get much more comfortable with sobriety and hopefully you won't look back.
I am grateful for the online sites, because I live in a rural area and there is only one meeting in town. I've started a site for recovery before I realized there were so many out there.
