Those numbers in that stupid box you have to be able to see and type.
They are like the password. I had problems with that too cuz I couldn't read it right. If you mess up it will give you new letters.

Mom, I went to the site, but I couldn't get the chat software downloaded...I even reset my internet security browser..and for a technologically impaired person, I thought that I was crafty..ha ha. But it still wouldn't download the software..
