You know....I used to sit and think about all the things I wish I could do and the people I would like to meet. In between nods on the "boogie (heroin)" I would think about buying nice sh@# and eating food at places that did not have a drivethru window. I created a world all my own just dreamin and at times believing that all was ok and my dreams would keep me grounded and safe....(how f&C3d up was I)! As the game grew old those dreams gave way to real life pain....the pain that was hidden behind those dreams. I remember thinking (as we all do) that that miserable existance was it for me and I would never have anything and then I think about my life today. With having bills spilling out of my @s&, layoffs looming around every corner, missing my mom painfully, store closings every other day( that may be a good thing for some) and life daily's struggles I am so thankful for what I have and the people that surround me. Today those things I used to dream about I do on a regular and get to meet some of the very people who make me appreciate the healing power in laughter. For those who are familiar and those that are not is a picture of me and the queen of mean comidian Lisa Lampanelli. WARNING >>>>>>she MORE than lives up to her title! Known for making fun of EVERYONE I was an easy target being 3 ROWS for the front of the stage...on a end seat mind you so I got hit throughout the night. By the shows end people were coming up to me thanking me for being such a great sport....ESPECIALLY Lisa.....I went home floating having had one hell of a night full of fun and the time of my life. It was at that very show the other night I thought about the above body of words and this board which helped in so many ways. EVERYONE here is truly appreciated!!! The best to all!!

LOL! I wish I could go into detail about the show but every other word would have to be substituted. THEN there was one joke she told (2 now that I think about it) that I was certain was going to send lightening throughout the building. I am not easy moved but that joke made my jaw drop and freeze. A collective groan ( filled the room followed by the roar of laughter to which she replyed ...you know I have told that joke and caught flack but all you sick B@$t---s laughed....your just as sick as me......naturally more laughter followed. With every racial insult she threw out and our way the audience would look over to see how we were taking it (and to see if it was ok to laugh...lol). Of the few black folks that were there we were the ones front and center and I tell you I would do it all over again. People were thanking us all the way to our car saying we were to cool and thanks for being such good sports. Lisa above all was so cool and appreciative that we "get" her and thanked us over and over......I am STILL buzzed off that night....BUZZZZZZZED I tell you!
