Hey everyone.This is my first chance to get online all weekend,my grandaughters overnight B'day party was a huge succeess.They had a blast.I got almost zero slepp,but it was worth it.
Two of the biggest highlights were the make your own sundaes,i had a huge table with bowls filled with every kind of candy,to add to your ice cream,cherries and whipped cream.Even the adults had a big smile as they made theirs.
They played many games but...the midnight makeup make over was the girls highlight.They had to keep coming in my room to show me their faces and of course i had to oooh and aaah over their beauty,lol!!!!!
then this mornign i had a big breakfast buffet type deal on the same big tavble,several cereals,bagles,orange juice chocolate milk,bananas,donuts,etc...needless to say,when they were finally all gone at noon today,i had to clean for 3 hours!
Well,thats over and behind me,until May 20 when i'll do the same for my grandsons B'dy,hopefully i'll be recoverd by then.~KIM
PS ~those of you with young daughter/granddaughters....do you know the movie ....High School Musical?????? Well,they had the movie and the game,they must have dance(some of the cards in the game called for dancing)for hrs last night,i wasnt allowed in the room while they did this part,they were too embarressed,lol.But HS Musical is the thing...i think its like our "Grease"...my grandaughter has a t shirt with Troy(one of the characters)on it and she would live in it if she could!
