It is 68 degrees and pouring...the wind is howling and it's lightening....whew!!! I am so afraid of storms...especially lightening...I wish it would stop.

Here its 80+ and sunny tomm--helps with the pain--I miss my friends and family but this weather is part of my recovery.
Would it not help your pain? How have you been. See your rheumtologist as there are a few new drugs that may help you.

It is 7 pm and we have about 40 mile per hr winds here in NY. Just great.

The weather has been wacky everywhere! I'm about midway between Chicago and NY. It was 75 today, and last night it stayed 70 through the night. A few hours ago it the temp dropped and now it's 37 with a wind chill of 27. Wind, storming for 20 minutes then calm...crazy.

we went from 74 to 50 in less than an hour yesterday...and the winds were pretty bad, but we never got the thunderstorms...

Jeff...Florida is WAY too humid for me..although as I get older I do not love NY winters..I do love the seasons. The humidity kills me...my Rheumy just wants to put me on prednisone...too much..I am doing ok the way I am...I am better since I stopped working all but 2 days.
It's pretty bad here in Ct. to. Tornado watches everywhere. The wind is awful. We get a weather update every few minutes on t.v. Our lights keep flickering in and out. My two youngest hate storms. Shantel
