Hi. I have a friend. Lets call him mark. He is the kind of guy who barly leaves his room, doesnt go to school very much and spends his time toking or getting f***ed on some chemical with our other friends. Thats not really the problem though. Se My friend "Mark", is Manic Depresant. My boy friend and I were there the day he "Snapped". Ever since one really good batch of Mescalin, that he got enough of to sell and do for three days straight, he has been a different person. He gets these ideas of how to make "New Chemicals", or rip offs of chemicals like acid and heroine. The first one we thought that he was just messing around. He wouldnt tell anyone about what he used or how he came up with the recepie. He kept saying, "...its all up here". It was a liquid for of what he believed to be "Acid". It was a foggy white liquid in a shot glass. He soked little pieces of paper towls in it and then told us to put it under our toungs. Only two of us did it because they were courious on what he had done.
He claimes to have been up the whole night before :F***ed" on the substance.
After a big conversation with "Mark", trying to get him to tell us what he used,telling him that it wasnt safe and that it was really dumb and dangerus to experament like that, we came to the conclusion that there was something wrong with "Mark". Since it had been a couple of weeks since he had tryed anything, we thought that he was finnished and that he had learned his lesson. We guessed wrong. It was like nothing we had said or explained, had gone into his head. This week he was making haroine. See, "Mark", and a couple other friends of ours are into the oxycotins and hydro morphines. Somehow he tryed to extract the morphine from th hydros. But without being a chemist or even having anykind of chemistry set, no one knew how he was doing it. He mixed things and heated things up and came up with "Home made heroine".
I wasnt around much then and I dont really hang out there anymore. He discludes everyone, except the people who can get him the things he needs to do what he wants. I think its because he was tired of hearing us preach about how bad it was or how dangerous it could be.
What is a person suppose to do? Stand back and watch their friend ruin his life and tweek his brain evrytime a new chemical falls into his hands?
Something is clompletely aultered in his mind.

Your friend Mark needs professional, immediate help.... He is going to kill himself experimenting like that and needs help before that happens...
This is very serious..... He is at the point where he'll do anything, mix any chemicals, take any substance....
How old is he? If he's young, can you talk to his parents? If he's an adult, can you talk to someone he trusts and respects?
